With miles of sandy beaches dotted with classic Art Deco architecture, world-class art museums, and a glittering nightlife, Miami Beach ranks among America's most iconic cities. It embraced the artworld with special exhibitions at museums and galleries across the city, transforming the week into a dense and dynamic cultural event. As for latest art trends, I noticed that most of the art contained messages, statements, jokes and political views. Jewelry and furniture designed and created by artists were also on sale. Street art and street murals are very much the scene and very much in demand.

75,000 international visitors attended the 2013 edition of Art Basel in Miami Beach, with artists, collectors, gallerists, curators and art enthusiasts. Leading international galleries show work from masters of Modern and contemporary art as well as pieces by newly emerging stars. Paintings, sculptures, drawings, installations, photographs, films, and editioned works of the highest quality were displayed in the main exhibition hall, while ambitious artworks and performances became part of the landscape at nearby beaches, Collins Park and SoundScape Park.

A gateway to the biggest market in the world and a platform for the promotion, development and valorization of Brazilian artists and galleries.

In the heart of Midtown, an area that gathers some of the most important fairs in the Miami Art Week circuit, Brazil ArtFair provided opportunities for art galleries and design studios, in a 5 day exhibition period.

In our its first edition, Brazil Art Fai presented the world a rich and creative art scene, with an amazing potential of growth and development. The VF Sportswear Coalition includes the Nautica® brand as well as the Kipling® brand. Kipling products are distributed in 55 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, South America and the USA, and have been distributed in North America since 1993.

Why attach a "monkey" to the bags? Whenever you think of Kipling, you think of the monkey. Of course the brand name "Kipling" and Rudy Kipling's famous work "The Jungle Book" give Kipling the perfect connection. Monkeys are symbols of fun and adventure, so the monkey naturally became the brand's mascot. And not very much later, it became the monkey key ring. Every Kipling monkey is named after an employee from somewhere around the world. Every collection has its own unique monkey! The monkey has definitely become a collector's item for anyone who is fun-loving and young at heart.
