Featured artist Alison Blackman testimony, “I am a freelance writer/photographer. I have always been fascinated by how an image is interpreted through the camera lens. I strive not just to show a representation of an object, person or event, but to make that image a way to show what I saw and felt at the time I snapped the photo. My photographs are not just pretty things to hang on a wall, but something I hope jump-starts a person's own feelings and creative thinking every time tune they view one of my images.”
