Fashion Week this season was like a hummingbird it hovered and then flew away leaving you missing that whirlwind of excitement that surrounds the international fashion insiders, celebrities, socialites and the world's top models. Even the Security was exciting this year-looking great in Sunglasses with golden tans that speak of travels to fashion weeks around the planet.

THE SCOOP
HAIR: Thanks to Tresemme, you can wear your natural or permed curls in different in multi-tresses in shades of blonde, brown, red and black with streaks or frosting. Two tones. Your roots you do not need to touch up. The look is natural along with added excitement to each strand. Shoulder length hair with bangs. Cropped pixi-hair styles are a style option this season. You do not have to have super long hair to be savvy or feminine.
EYE BROWS: Thick, shapely brows. Wear your lashes long and attach falsies if you are not naturally blessed.
MAKEUP: healthy glow, rosy cheeks and metallic finishes, lips are Red in all shades of red-be sure to take a look at MAYBELINE
NAILS: Long nails are it this season. If you can't grow them-take your vitamins and apply falsies in the meantime-I won't tell on you. Colorful manicures! Metalics are a must this season.
JEWELRY: The more the better of ethnic bulky looks from multiple necklaces to over sized bracelets and rings. Estate jewelry is not just to be left at the safety deposit box at the bank, but to be celebrated. There is no specific type that wears jewelry it looks good on all and it is timeless. Key is to purchase quality pieces.
SHOES: Good news ladies! No need for 6inch high heels-you can wear all types of flats/loafers of all types-studded-cowhide-metallic-rhinestone multi colored looks are fabulous along with buckles ,Laces, zippers along with buttons and velcro for closures on flats.

FAVORITE SHOWS
ADEAM: From very girly feminine boxy masculine suits. Well-tailored suites with a 80's and 90's feel. Fitted looks, but with carefree relaxed comfort and style rolled into one. The stitching was very exact and precise no mistakes every stich was meant.
MFA PARSONS: Layers upon layers of fabric from sweaters to jumpers making the onlooker intrigued because it was all about the design not the figure of the model. The fabric, stitching and the luxury of these fabrics makes you want to own the entire collection
NANETTE LEPORE: Playful, sweet, cute and comfortable looks. Easy to travel with her collection; just roll and place in your suitcase.
ZANG TOI: Always a crowd pleaser, commenced show with a male dancer which brought dream quality making the statement that one can have fantasy and wearability in ones's wardrobe. From suites to evening gowns to rain wear. No excuses regarding weather to not to be stylish.
ALON LIVNE: The looks were 80's and 90's inspiration very colorful bright colors along with metallic shades of copper, gold, silver. Boxy suites with a jazzersize feel. The gowns had a very electric feel with a young twist. From long flowing gowns to carreer orinaented styles that could be worn to a gala to awards ceremony.
MILLINERY HAT DESIGNER ANYA CALIENDO: hats are back in it's a fashion accessory. All colors and shapes and sizes. Hats are not just for special occations, but all occasions from super dressy to more casual. You can never have a bad hair day again.
